From a technical perspective, the core of a mobile pumping station lies in the efficient integration of power transmission and fluid control systems. Typically powered by diesel generator sets or an external power supply, these stations utilize high-performance centrifugal or submersible sewage pumps to transfer accumulated water from low-lying areas to higher elevations or designated piping networks.

Given the requirement for frequent relocation, their structural design must strike a balance between lightweight construction and high strength; common materials include high-strength fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), stainless steel, and carbon steel with anti-corrosion coatings. In particular, the integrated FRP design-which has gained prominence in recent years-has emerged as a significant category of mobile pumping stations; its excellent corrosion resistance and lightweight nature effectively resolve issues associated with traditional metal stations, such as susceptibility to rust and transportation difficulties caused by excessive weight.
